Why Angels of Mercy?

What kind of missions can we fly?

We are prepared to fly the following types of missions;

  1.  Law Enforcement –  We can provide aerial support to Law Enforcement activities with the proper authorization.
  2.   Search and Rescue – We are more than qualified to fly seach missions.  In addition, we are qualified to provide medical assistance.
  3. Disaster Assessment – We can provide aerial Disaster assessment and damage evaluations.
  4. Hazardous Materials – We are fully trained by FEMA and appropriate agencies in Hazardous and Nuclear Materials response.

How Do We Fit Into Your Long-term Incident Response Plans?

We are a duly registered corporation in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.  We are also a tax-exempt organization under IRS 501c3.

We relieve your organization of making the heavy investment into a Unmanned Flight.  This means we recruit the pilots and train them.  We procure the aircraft and related equipment.  We provide maintenance for the aircraft. We will be fully insured.   

We are Certified Remote Pilots.  We hold the highest credentials from both the AUVSI and the Airborne Public Safety Association  We have completed Professional Education at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.  We are able to fly at night and over populated areas.  We will be certified to fly Beyond the Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS).

We are trained Emergency Management Professionals.  We served with the American Red Cross for 15 years.  We responded to disasters all over the United States and Puerto Rico.  We served in Supervisory positions with the ARC.

We are completing the Professional Development Series with FEMA.  More, we are proud members of the International Association of Emergency ManagersWe have completed ICS 100, 200, 700, 800, 300. and 400.  We have completed ICS 5a, Hazardous Materials Response and ICS 3, Nuclear Materials Response.

We are engaged in Hazwoper Training and Certification pursuant to 29 CFR , Part 1910.120(e).

We are Certified Search and Rescue Technicians with the National Association of Search and Rescue, as SARTECH IIWe trained at Sergeant Rescue Training and Consulting.

We operate our services in accord with the National Fire Prevention Association, Standard 2400.  More we are seeking Accreditation with the APSA.

We are more than qualified and would be both a welcomed team member and provide necessary adjunct services.

We believe in constant training to become as effective as we can as public servants. 

Are We Safe?   

First, we are insured.  We have General Liability Insurance from Skywatch with a $1,000,000  face value.

Second, we only fly in conformance with NFSA Standards and APSA standards.  Both agencies have strict Operational and Maintenance protocols.  We maintain a logbook that can be reviewed.

Yes, We are safe.

What Platforms Do You Fly?   

Our fleet currently includes the Mavic Air 2S, the Phantom 4 V2.0., and the Mavic 3 Pro. We utilize these aircraft for different missions. 

We are certified on the Skydio X2, and Sjydio X2D.

What Payloads Can We Provide?

We have an excellent array of cameras, including Zoom features.
