We are an aviation entity flying a new generation of aircraft. Our services are focused on the islands of Puerto Rico and the American Virgin Islands.
We provide emergency services and general commercial flight. The commercial services include inspections, real estate, photogrammetry, and analysis.
The goal is to serve and make these islands a safer and more enjoyable place to live.
While we are not indigenous to these islands we have adopted them and want to see them strive.
We Are Pilots
We are trained and qualified pilots. We are flying the new generation of aircraft. Our aircraft can do things neither fixed wing nor other rotary aircraft can do. Hence we are uniquely configured for the missions we fly.
We are trained and constantly train for our role. We receive training in a multitude of disciplines and subjects. Training is never ended.
We are the right aircraft and right Pilots for the right mission. .
We Are Experienced
We have 20 years of experience in emergency services. We were with the American Red Cross, Disaster Relief Services. We served in 15 different states including Hawaii and Puerto Rico. This service gave us an in-depth awareness of the Integrated Command System and the National Incident Management Systems.
We completed several of the courses in the Federal Emergency Management Agency including IS 100, 200, 700, 800, 300 and 400. We are completing the FEMA Professional Development Series.
We are certified in professional Search and Rescue by the National Association for Search and Rescue. We are Certified in Wilderness First Aid. We are a member of the Amateur Radio Emergency Service (ARES).
We are certified as a TOP Operator by Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
We are sUAS Pilots with the Civil Air Patrol.
We completed Professional Education with Embry Riddle Aeronautical University including courses in Risk Management, Photogrammetry, Inspections, . Lastly we are a FAA Trained Instructor.
We are a member of the Airborne Public Safety Association.
We have certifications in small sUAS and complex rotor sUAS.
We are ready to serve!!
We are organized according to the National Fire Protection Agency, Standard 1670.
We are members of the Airborne Public Safety Association and will be accredited as a sUAS agency in public service.
So What Did We Do?
We formed a Non Profit Corporation in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. We are a Tax Exempt entity with the Department of the Treasury. This status will afford us the greatest flexibility in our services.
We are able to accept tax deductible donations.
This mission is the vision of one man. After several years in different careers and vocations, God impressed it on his heart to sell all his world possessions and move to the island of Puerto Rico.
There he would use his skills and abilities to fly for the people of Puerto Rico.
He could easily enjoy his retirement instead of beginning a new mission. But God!! God impressed this mission on his heart.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide unmanned flight support to local public safety agencies engaged in public safety activities and specific commercial services.. Our secondary goal is to provide educational support in the knowledge and operation of unmanned aircraft.
Our Vision
Our vision is to serve the people of God, in the spirit of Raphael, to decrease the loss of life sustaining basic services, diminish the suffering of disaster, the hopelessness of the lost, and the despair of destruction, so that our people can enjoy an abundant life.
